Due to the stringent requirements of the industries we service, quality is fundamental to what we do. With quality systems fully certified to ISO 9001 and AS 9100 rev C, we only use mills that hold either or both these accreditations as a minimum, in order to guarantee full traceability. Along with this, we carry out inspections and audits of all our mill sources and material undergoes rigorous inspection and checking before going into stock.
All material is lot traceable and can be certified to BS EN 10204 3.1 or type 3.2. We also offer PMI verification on release and only use cutting edge measuring and testing equipment to consistently deliver a high standard of product (see here for more details on our equipment). We also place emphasis on the training of our staff to ensure they are well trained, knowledgeable and competent to carry out inspections to the most stringent specifications.
Furthermore, we use NADCAP or ISO 17025 accredited laboratories, along with our onsite NDT testing facilities, to allow us to dual release or re-qualify material in line with your requirements. We can also release material under our BAE DSQR or SABRe accreditation.
